what I don't get is the end.

Why would they took the car together if Em already died or knows that she's cheating on him?

Well, in another thread Embase made this point about how this video is related to the movie "Fight Club" and how in the end the main character shoots himself, killing his alter-ego. Well, what I'm trying to say is that at the end of the video Em kills himself, which could also kill the "rapping" Em. Cuz as we see at the end of the video, time "rewinds" and we see the "rapping" Em gone. So what I'm trying to say is that at the end Em kills his alter-ego resulting in him and Sasha surviving basically and not dying.

That's my guess.
