I think the reason it's underrated is because of the type of artist Joe Budden evolved into, really. It's solid for a mainstream release, but when somebody is introduced to him through his recent, darker tapes like Mood Muzik 3-4, then proceed to download his discography, and find a song like Porno Star through shuffle of course they're going to be like "Da fuck n*gga?". His fans just don't look at him for that type of music. The fact that he himself shows so much disdain towards Pump It Up doesn't help either.
However, if it helps, Walk With Me & 10 Mins. are both generally viewed as amazing.

It was remastered a while ago and I've seen a higher quality version of Sing For The Moment on Youtube somewhere but I never have any luck with actually finding it.
