Excluding rappers that produce for themselves (Dre, Kanye), what are the rappers that have the best ear for beat / get the best production constantly.
I'm gonna go with Game for this one. Except for LAX, almost every Game song I hear has banging production. He has an awesome ear for beats, and it's a good thing that his strong voice, flow, and mic presence go so well with the production.

Right now I'd say Finale from Detroit, getting Oddisee, Flying Lotus, J Dilla, Apollo Brown, Nottz, Black Milk and Kev Brown. But all-time I'd say either Nas or J-Live.

Substantial for his constant work with Nujabes and Japanese sounding producers, usually referred to as the black adopted son of Japan. I usully love lush melodic production and he goes well with Nujabes beats.
J Live had some really great producers in his first album.
It's funny they both got fucked by record labels.
