1) If it did leak, and this pic is several days old, it'd be all over the web.
2) That looks nothing like the cover, it looks like someone used a machine and made a shitty fake. There's tons of parts of the design missing, and it looks like it's made out of a candy bar rapper. And it ain't even in the shape of a CD case, it looks like it's wrapped around a piece of cardboard.

It's gonna be very soon - doesnt the physical CD get released a week after the digital release?

Also it just dawned upon me that by releasing the digital version earlier than the physical is a good method of preventing early leaks. Very interesting decision which gives a little more power back to the label.
