This. I just don't really like Amityville as a song, regardless of how dope the rhyming is. That's only one part of a song, and while it definitely makes a song better, it doesn't automatically make a song great for me.

lol i was talking about Lose Yourself, i used to listen to it all the time but the only time i listen to it now is when it gets played on tv ect, i wouldnt play it on cd or on the laptop. Hes got way better songs than this.

Fucking awesome verse and I love this song.

But I couldn't really compare the two and make any sense of it. It'd be like calling a horror movie better than a drama... they're not really comparable. As they aim for different things.

Overall, I'd pretty much always rather hear him spitting seething, lyrical madness than real-life tribulations anyway. But, overall, "Lose Yourself" is still 'better' music.

I don't just compare multies and decide which is better like a fucking tit for tat test lmao. This is art not science, when people do things like this it cheapens the individualism and expressive beauty of lyricism and creativity. It's not an objective battle of multies.

It's gotta be a whole package. But like I say, I can't really compare a verse with him rapping about slapping bitches with verses about him overcoming hardship. They're different worlds.
