A Blast From the Past - Why Most Rappers Are Broke

~9:30 and on they discuss why Em opted out of doing sponsorship. Kind of interesting considering he just recently did two. What makes it a bit more interesting is Paul uses cola (a beverage) as an example of what fans wouldn't want. That's pretty similar to the Brisk promotion. I'm not hating I just thought it was an interesting clip. Actually, you should watch the whole clip it is a pretty good watch.

Watched it, interesting indeed. I remember seeing this on tv way back. Didn't understand as much of it back then since I was like 14 years old :p
The point about sponsorship you're making isn't very valid, because this has been mad almost a decade ago and eminems image changed a lot.

*a decade ago and still in my memory of watching it on tv, makes you feel old*

Oh I agree with you I'm not hatin' on Em for doing the advertisement. I just think it's interesting to see how things have changed over time. I'm glad that someone with an attention span actually watched the video and responded to it. A lot of people on this forum would actually find this video interesting but alas, it's "too long" of a video for them to put in the "effort" :(

Watched it all. Very interesting. Nowadays it's Jay-Z making all the money because of his businesses and shit. When was this made?
