I'm givin this a peliminary 7/10 for now..... some good songs on here and it's consistent. Just no standout tracks really, nothing that made me go

Still better than HTS though which I'd probably rate at 5/10

Gave it a spin, not as disappointing as I thought it would be. Much better production than MBDTF but the lyrics aren't anything special.

Much better production than MBDTF

MBDTF has indisputibly better production, it's not even close...MBDTF is one of, if not THE best produced albumms of all time. Even if someone hated the lyrics/rapping/hooks, the production is phenomenal.

Was expecting to be disappointed about this after reading about it but half-way through I've been pleasantly surprised. I love the production and lyrics the better than I expected( and I can't stand Jay Z). I think the problem is it isn't anywhere near as good as MBDTF (and was never going to be).
