Reading the tracklist for Last Train To Paris by Diddy/Dirty Money, I see Jay-Z did co-production on Coming Home. Has Jay-Z ever done any other production work?

jay never produced,he is executive producer on some of his albums but that dont mean shit

Yes. It does. Executive producer means he's in charge of the financial and legal aspects of the song. It isn't some honorary title.
