VBV mad. This album is not Encore level. It's actually good. I'm surprised. I think his subject matter (slightly) expanded and his rhyming was also upgraded. His voice is also better now, C3 delivery was fucking horrible, this was signifantly better. On top of that, his flow wasn't as slow-paced. I'm not gonna go and write a review like I did for WTT (which was ignored, fuck you guys) but it is actually a good album... and MY favorite Carter. C2 is good but his rhyming wasn't nearly as good as on this album and the features on here were ACE. Shyne is the worst rapper ever though. If not, a definite candidate. Anyways my score for the album is 6.5/10.
Tech N9ne is obviously a better rapper than Andre 3000. I'm not sure if you can actually present an argument for this. And there's no way Andre did better on this song. It's different if people are surprised if he was on it but no one in the right mind will tell you he did better than Tech. Tech N9ne made him look like an amateur tbh. He sounds bored in comparison. Tech N9ne is the unbeatable rapper at this moment. I'm sure Eminem would get the same treatment on a track with Ninna (not as bad, I hope).
