He finished Relapse 2 and was gonna put it out the same year [2009],some ended up on the Refill album and some leaked ,apparently "On Fire" was the start of him going in other direction [Recovery] and Recovery is not Relapse 2 ,it has no similarity to it .

Relapse 2 was basically the same as Relapse so i think was the reason that he didn't put it out ,just to prevent redundancy .
