Its true. He was the only one making noise from the label. Shouting out shady on every song. Putting out a lot of mixtapes. Building the hype for Em next album. The only Em news in those years pretty much came from him. Maybe not musically but there was a time there was news from shady records every week just because cashis was talking again. And that whole Shady Capo thing.

50 Cent was never repping Shady Records in those years. 50 build his g-unit en that was his label to the major public in those years. He did talk now and then about the three headed monster but cashis kept shady relevent. At least imo ofcourse

Well it's about time.

Imagine being Cashis. Aside from waiting a ridiculous amount of time anyway for a release, you see the new signings. All of the hype put behind these signings, with XXL covers and all of that talking about "Shady 2.0". Barely a mention of you anywhere.

Then Yelawolf gets a release date, almost immediately. Royce Da 5'9" is on the label, the same guy you were talking shit to just a few years ago, and he and your boss are best friends again, putting out an EP together and everything. You aren't given any exposure, and it's almost like you're not on the label at all.

Yeah, I would definitely leave too. I probably would have left before now. He doesn't seem to be as positive about it as Obie was, and I'll doubt he'll get as much post-label support. Too bad for him, but I never really liked the dude's music, so it's whatever for me.

So did Cashis leave Shady or not?

Yes. Obviously, he's left Shady. The paperwork just isn't done yet.
