I said i didn't like the song, never said the album would suck, don't put words in my mouth

Hmm, I like some parts but not others. I think he is trying to cut into the mainstream by rapping over this dubstep kinda beat - it seems to lean towards the kind of sound that's big in the charts right now.

I need to give it a few more listens.

Total garbage half assed dubstep collabo.

The beat is awful,J.cole lyricism is equal to that of big sean and meek mill and all these other wack ass hip poppers.

Hov is an asshole for treating his signee with such an insignificant boring verse on a random braggadocio track,i thought they would go some places with this one, something hip hop with a better concept.

J.cole is the most over-hyped rapper ever, get him the fuck out of here.
The devil ain't on a level same as him!

Not what I expected, disappointing, generic and boring. I thought he'd be the HOV that did So Appalled, Monster, No Church In The Wild and the New Day verses. This one's disappointing

But he definitely outshined J. Cole on that one, lol.

Maybe this will help you appreciate it.

I like it. :sweating:

Forced entry, the more wenchy, the more stingy I become
Been doing this for more than a quarter century, I'm just numb...

It's okey
I wanted an album so rugged nobody could touch it.
Spent a million a track and went over my budget.
Now how in the fuck am I supposed to get out of debt?
I can't rap anymore, I just murdered the alphabet.

Cole fan since early 2009, so don't even try to say I'm hating.....but that was fucking awful. I know this dude can do better. A lot of the tracks I've heard so far sound like they were made for selling purposes. Which, is fine. I don't blame him for that. He has to sell. If he doesn't, he gets dropped, simple as that. And it's obvious he's intentionally making this type of music now. A rapper ain't going to work on his album for years just to cater to "real hip hop headzzz" and not sell.

That is why he gave us a great amount of dope-ness with his mixtapes, and I thank him for that.

But judging by this, Work out, and the one with Trey....this album ain't for me.

I'll stick with his lovely mixtapes. :worship:

Cole World bitches!

PS, this shit ain't lyrically horrible or anything. Just as a musical piece, not good, IN MY OPINION.
"This dude doing this interview wants me to spin a few,
Lyrics while I tie my tennis shoes in the nude
A romantic interlude in a livin’ room,
In an inner tube with a dude with a bit of lube
Fuck that I’m sniffin’ glue, sippin' gin & juice,
And a little bit of paint thinner with my dinner too,
You better pay me for my bars like your rent is due,
Now hurry up and finish dude before I finish you."
