Honestly, I can't decide between Death Is Silent & MBDTF...

Both get better with each listen. True works of art.

I havn't listened to Death Is Silent yet but I've heard a lot great stuff about it so I guess I'm in for a treat whenever I take time to give it a spin or two.

My favourite album of 2010, though, is easily Gas Mask by The Left. Production is absolutely insane and the lyricism is just as good with some really brilliant features (most notably Kool G Rap and Hassan Mackey).

Kanye West's album is cool for what it is; the lyrics are just average at best and the production is generally a little too incoherent for my liking. Personally I think there is too much of a gap in terms of production between say Power and Blame Game. Beat for beat it is brilliant though.

I never thought it would be up for debate whether or not Death Is Silent is better than RAW. The only thing I can think of that favors Hopsin is the number of features. Lyrical content, production, and consistency, it's better in all these aspects.
