That doesn't necessarily have to be right, neither the tweets about him pushing 115k in the first day. People always tend exaggerate.

Predictions are often right, but these numbers will change tomorrow after the official prediction list comes out.

FYI... the 225-250k figure is based on the 115k one-day sales-figure.

With big mainstream releases, it's normal for an album to sell 30-50% of its first week sales on the first day.

MMLP probably sold some 400-600k one its releaseday.

What the hell are you on? No one will bring up the sales to support how good he is - why bother when his mixtapes are the perfect example. The sales have nothing to do with assurance that J. Cole or Cole World are good. We are just happy that he (a great rapper) and his album (a great album) are making it this big.

Watch for J. Cole to debut atop the Billboard 200 next week with his first album "Cole World: the Sideline Story," which could move as many as 240,000 to 250,000 copies by week's end on Oct. 2, so say industry prognosticators.

I mean... I realize that the first day sales are the highest, and that usually albums sell a lot less in the next 6 days, but understand that Cole (at least from what I've seen so far) has a very LOYAL fanbase... Loyalty = Quantity
