I dont know i dont think its that popular any more. Most people you can still consider 100% hardcore rap or gangster type rap are not popular any more. Gangsta music isnt popular anymore maybe its not dead though.

I think it's just evolved more than anything. People for the most part just gave on it. There are still elements of it in today's rap though. Even though most the time its by the bitches like Soulja Boy and shit.

Well I just meant content.. When I mention like Soulja Boy trying to be gangsta. Which is why I said elements of it. It definitely isn't as common as it used to be..obviously.

Rap now is soft as pussy where rappers make songs hell even whole Albums full of Radio friendly songs.
