Weezy and a Jonas brother team up for a remix. Joe Jonas calls it "dope."

Never one to shy away from collaborations, Lil Wayne has jumped on the remix for "Just in Love," a track from Joe Jonas' upcoming disc, Fastlife. According to Joe Jonas, he is excited about the collaboration, calling it "so dope" in an interview with Billboard.

"He just jumped on the record, and it's just super awesome to see that somebody like him would wanna support me," Jonas noted. "It means the world to me, and I love his rap, it's so dope."

His excitement also included praise. Jonas referred to Wayne as one "who is a powermaker" within Hip Hop.

"Somebody like Lil Wayne, who owns the market and who is a powermaker in his genre, supporting me is really exciting," he added.

Billboard also reports that Wayne drops a line about the Planet of the Apes, writing, "We makin' love like animals/ Planet of the Apes."

Joe Jonas' album is released October 11 and the remix will be premiered on October 3 on Ryan Seacrest's radio program. Fans can purchase the track on October 4 via iTunes.

This isn't the first time the Jonas Brothers have collaborated with emcees. Joe Jonas' group also teamed up with Common in the past.

A lot of the links/pics I've posted in the last year or so, if they're dead, there is a probability that I have archived it on Archive.today.

LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL, I knew something like this would happen one day. See, if the dude's actually GOOD then I have no issues, but Wayne however is not, so... :facepalm watch your facebook feeds get flooded with lyrics from that song.

I wanted an album so rugged nobody could touch it.
Spent a million a track and went over my budget.
Now how in the fuck am I supposed to get out of debt?
I can't rap anymore, I just murdered the alphabet.

If dizz was eminyemz doe y'all be actin' like 'he juzz a sellout nahmean collabin' wit em pop artizts fuck em' but now y'all go 'why ppl mad o' diz?' negro u mad gay and awkward.

wayne can't be a sell out cause that's how he already was, but if Em collaborate with a Jonas Brother, I'd lose any sense of admiration/worship/idolation/respect I had for him

Same, unless the Jonas brother had managed to put out a great album to establish him as an artist instead of a boyband riding on love song cliches.

I've just become completely bored with this. Its not funny anymore. Its just become sad...

I'm also getting extremely annoyed by idiots like JLO and this stupid Jonas brother calling Wayne "dope" just to seem cool. Its completely pathetic. We even had Obama say months ago that he has some Lil Wayne on his ipod. Yes I also doubt that is the truth.....but whether it is true or false its just pathetic people feel they have to mention him to seem cool.

Someone seriously needs to ruin this guy in a lyrical beef. Obviously as bad as Wayne is 50 can't do it.....but I think 50 is the bravest rapper who won't feel the need to suck up to him(especially with 50's recent diss to him).

How can anyone seriously call this wack Gremlin dope???? Isn't this the same guy that said he's about to go "andre the giant"....A line that made completely no sense.

It is amazing Em catches more flack with his collaborations lately when Wayne has had features with JLO and Britney Spears.

Btw you guys remember years ago when he dissed 50 he said he would put "syrup in your vitamin water"? How exactly is that killing a guy? Even when dissing someone this idiot sucks

When did Lil Wayne collab with Britney Spears?!? :o

And I can think of much worse artists to collab with than J-Lo tbh.
