I guess a song ft Slaugterhouse, or that Em felt like Yela didn't have a good single out yet to sell some copies
I wanted an album so rugged nobody could touch it.
Spent a million a track and went over my budget.
Now how in the fuck am I supposed to get out of debt?
I can't rap anymore, I just murdered the alphabet.

Just as with most retail products (incl. internet stores, such as iTunes etc...), sales are significantly stronger during quarter 4 (peaking in November/December). The hoiliday season is actually more imortant now to the music industry compared to what it was for 5-10 years ago.

Never woulda thought. I can't picture kids asking their parents for a CD anymore.

I still do that :D

Theres still an audience that realizes the satisfaction that comes with CDs + the value they have in that they arent lost if your comp gets fucked up. Of course I still download some older albums, but if you buy a new CD you love it and then 10 years later that CD is still recognized as a classic, your gonna love that CD to death.

Drake's Take Care gets pushed back to Nov. 15, not that I care tbh, but now it makes it very difficult for Radioactive to debut in the Top 5, with a Daughtry album, Taylor Swift's Live album & Rihanna's next all set to drop on November 21... & it will have to compete with second week sales figures of Take Care & a Korn album.. Not looking good :shakehead:

A lot of the links/pics I've posted in the last year or so, if they're dead, there is a probability that I have archived it on Archive.today.
