He exhibits some of the symptoms, frequent urination and all that. The fact that he did copious amounts of prescription opiates with acetaminophen for years could lead to such problems. His actual near-death experience could have done permanent damage as well.

Eminem can't hide when he's on drugs anymore, because we've all seen what it specifically does to his music. When he starts slurring words on a song and thinking he's a gangsta, then we'll know he's on the road to death.
