It starts fast and banging, then half way through drops off and gets soft

They fucked up in singles. Hard white was fine they needed a more usual yela song we all knew and expect but made in usa or radio should have been second single imo they would done better.

major disappointment. 16 bars of gold followed by a soft hook with a Rhianna-like sell out appeal kills it. The album was misproduced and tried to be aligned with the charts. The only song on Eminem's last album that had any commercial power was "The way you lie", so it's like they tried to replicate that to death on Radioactive. That aint what Slumerican is about. That's THE definition of selling out. I'm sure the pressures of marketing analysts and shit had heavy impact on Eminem's decisions, but at some point you gotta be who you are and not try to play up to something your not. Be from the gutter, and be gutter. Don't try to church it up to get airplay. What about "Wish a motha fucka would, say that I aint hip hop, BITCH, you aint hip hop". I'm saying it. You replace a hard hook to try to get your shit played after the new Miley Cyrus joint on the top 40 chan, then yeah, BITCH YOU AINT HIP HOP.

honestly i never listned to yeala before but i am half way through with the album n it sounds like he is toning it down for the radio a little bit but still gettin his message out there, he surprised me and im glad to say in a good way, i expected straight ass water after hearin the first single and even throw it up...
also on a side not i think eminem and yella would sink in perfectly on a song were they both just spaz, i ( i got the idea during animal) idk y but i think it would be a lot better than that throw it up

I started listening yesterday but had to sleep as I'd been up all night.

I'm listening from where I left off now... it starts off amazing, I'm listening in order.

I can't wait to get to the unheard tracks. Finally an album with a consistent sound (so far), theme, visual and concept. And it's very satisfying. Yela is onto something.

I think it was a mistake to take "No Hands" off though. Obviously because it made no commercial impact. But, the song is fucking awesome, as is the concept.

I'm actually glad Radioactive ain't gonna sell a lot too. As this will definitely prove wrong every dumb fuck racist rapper and rap fan who uses the excuse Em is white for his sales. As Yelawolf is good, and white, and a rapper. And he is not blowing up like Em did, and he's even got Em's backing!

So that's that theory out the fucking window (not that it was ever valid).

Wish Yela did more hooks himself though. He can sing and he has range... he can sing softly, he can sing like a metal singer, he should of made more songs his own.

I'm kinda mad this won't sell a lot..

Anyway, I liked this album. I love Write Your Name, Made In the Usa and Animal. (The end of the first verse is my favorite part!)

Also, I think they picked the wrong singles.

"Radio" and "Made in the U.S.A." could be two great, big singles.
