LOL, no. Johnny Cash was talking about the needle used for diabetes treatment and Em was talking about all the drugs and stuff. So its cool how they are similar but different.

Ah, when you said that I was confusing Cash with Trent Reznor (the songwriter) who was dealing with depression and drug abuse when he wrote the song, sorry bout that.
