You're correct when you say there's a bit of a fictional story in the first verse. However, the third verse doesn't really continue the story, it just has references to his stepdad. In fact, the third verse is nearly as random as the second. The appeal of these songs is the humor/flow/rhyming. "I think I'm fucking MeeEEEeelting" gets me every time.

First verse ends with: "Aw, go fuck his brains out if any's left in his head" by his Mom to his stepfather, second verse starts: "Did you get him?" by his Mom again which continues with the story perfectly, and then his step father explains he couldn't rape him, he met slim shady instead.
