In case you're not trolling, Enemy Of The State dropped back in '09. Friend Of The People was supposed to drop some time later but it took 2 more years.

On first listen, the production is borderline horrible but I like the flow and the lyrics seem to offer plenty of lines for deciphering. Which is basically what I expected to get so I'm relatively pleased with the tape. Favorite song as of now is Life, Death & Love From San Francisco.

Word about the production.... pain on my ears, for most part of the mixtape, I didn't know what Lupe was talking about... Life, Death & Love From San Francisco is also my favorite, alongside Lightwork

Exactly man, and I really can't fathom a rapper getting these beats and be like "Oh that shit is dope, I have to kill it". And while the idiotism on Lasers was acceptable because of the Atlantic Records situation, and Enemy Of The State was him proving to be better on Wayne's beats and stuff; this is strictly Lupe's taste for beats and it's nothing less than shit.
