Really hard to chose and almost redundant to have a favorite.
The man is a walking piano roll.

I'd probably have to say some of his work post-'00 has been his prime production wise.

Heat- 50 Cent
Underground- Eminem
Xxplosive- Nate Dogg, Kurupt, Six Two, etc.
Still D.R.E- Dre & Snoop

Almost every single thing he's produced is mind-blowingly awesome, but those are a few of my favorites.

Lil Ghetto Boy is arguably the best produced hip hop track ever, so it's hard to go against that

Some of my other favourites would be;

Real Nig**s don't Die
Gin and Juice
Stranded On Deathrow
Same sword they knight you they gon' good night you with
Sh.., Thats' only half if they like you
That ain't even the half what they might do
Don't believe me, ask Michael
See Martin, see Malcolm
You see Biggie, see Pac, see success and its outcome
See Jesus, see Judas; see Caesar, see Brutus
See success is like suicide
Suicide, it's a suicide
If you succeed, prepare to be crucified
