Metal Gear Solid (all) without a doubt.

I'm not a big gamer, or gamer at all these days.

I just never got a PS3 or kept up with it. I did buy an Xbox 360 in order to play the new GTA when it came out, but then sold the Xbox to get high lmao. Stupid.

But, I'm too broke to be able to get into it right now. But one game which was just... the richest and most stimulating experience ever was Metal Gear Solid.

The original (PS1) was amazing, the second (PS2) was incredible and the third (also PS2), Snake Eater was incredible too. They're just so well done, so packed, so crammed with plot and so well executed. And the graphics are always so ahead of their time and blow every other game on the console away.

I really can't wait to get a PS3 just to play the 4th. Pick up where I left off.

I'm just going to put 2 categories of games that must be played:

1. MMOs- Yes they require a lot of time, but if you're looking for an immersive game that really gets you involved nothing comes close. Take your pick, I personally prefer WoW but there are plenty of good ones out there.

2. Adventure/Platform Games- I really like platform games that came out for the PS2. Chances are I'd like the ones that came out for the PS3 but I've never really had the chance to play any. Sony has the best platformers imo: the Jak series, the Spyro series, the Ratchet and Clank series, and the Sly Cooper series are all excellent platformers. Nintendo has some good ones too, Mario is a classic, but I just prefer Sony. I'd stay away from Microsoft for platformers though, they don't really make much in that genre. Just find what you like and play it, I would definately suggest sitting down with one though.

Back when i was a gamer, when i had the original X-Box, i was always into the sniper games, or games where i had to be sneaky

Hitman, Splinter Cell, shit like that i would oplay for hours
