I thought this earlier too. It's like, I hear it, and he's got the same ridiculous delivery. But the lyrics are actually decent, and there's a very little to minimal amount of rape and nasty shit like that.

I'd like to hear him spit some real emotional shit though, a truly focused written verse where he put his BEST writing to work.

It's SO easy to be 'randomly crazy' though. The reason it's funny or meaningful when Em does it is because there's a level of self-awareness and... meta relationship with the audience, and winking at the camera and just all sorts of layers to his ideas.

Bizarre on the other hand literally just tries to say the worst things he can think of.
