Thug Motivation 103: Hustlerz Ambition is the upcoming fourth studio album by American rapper Young Jeezy, set to be released on December 20, 2011 through Corporate Thugz Enterainment, and Def Jam Recordings. The album has been delayed for nearly two years, missing several purported release dates which have all been denied by representatives from Def Jam Records: however, despite these setbacks, Young Jeezy himself has confirmed the album has definitely been completed.The album marks the third album in his Thug Motivation series, after Let's Get It: Thug Motivation 101 (2005), and The Inspiration (2006).

Weirdly, he posted a tentative tracklist on Twitter a while ago and a song called "Never Be the Same" was on it. Also, on that tracklist, Talk To Me was the first track.

Fucking weird.

I thought for sure the reason he didn't play the Em feature at his album listening party was because it would just make it harder to leak early. And would also make for higher anticipation for the song. Who only gets Em on their album for a hook? There's gotta be a verse on that track. This situation just doesn't make any sense.
