[Tranquil]

This is the first offering from my upcoming Mixtape/Album 'Diamond In The Rough'. This is the first track that was recorded for the project. The lyrics show a sad/down kindafeel but the beat showcases a happy-ish feel too it, so its a happy/sad song.

Hook was slightly corny, it was decont tho.

Tranquil ur verse was flowin well until you said "at any point i can free fall" trying to stuff to many words in there and kinda got u off track but you bounced back.Delivery was good, you have good presence. Sounds the same on most tracks but that dont bother me.

Solace your was pretty good to, delivery needs a little work and flow was pretty good for the most part. Nice track guys.


That ending was uhh.....not so good. off key, but hey u tried lol.

your flow has improved man, you should mix the hook with another layer and some effects cuz it sounds the same as the verse.

I'm not gonna go too deep, but mate youre improving aswell, thats dope. its a shame that there's this beat tag all along the song. but man, dope ass verse.

Solace, well, for an old verse is pretti damn good, doesnt sound that old to be honest, very well structured and rapped. good job

@Scrubz, thanks man! And yeah I know the bridge was a bit off key but I can't sing I just rather that then using something like auto-tune!

@Ax-D, Now that you mention to hook thing, I agree with you completely. I still have the save file so when I get into the final stage of mixing for the Mixtape I'll mess around with the hook and make it more.. hooky! Really appreciate the feed man!

the lyrics from tranquil are pretty good, i didn't like the way you did the verse and chorus by the way it sounded tho, this sounds like a rough copy. u guys def got ur heads in the right place, i respect that, and the beat aint so bad either. improvements: stay on beat, don't force rhymes, keep showing your efforts.

the tag along the beat was annoyin but hey it was a cool song i guess..ur flow was on point tranq except for like 2 times you went out of it for a second but its okay,and for lyrics i think you should work on mutlies to sound better..

solace had a nice delivery in my opinion and the lyrics were good not as good as his today's lyrics though

Beat is good but since it wasn't produced by either of you it's pretty pointless to mention that.

The hook is alright but doesn't have much of a distinct melody to it. The "bridge" if anything works better. I thought the way you ended it on "Crawl" just sounded a bit awkward the tone you used. Personal pref though.

Your verse was alright, flow was on for the most part but I heard a couple parts where you rushed it, like around the minute mark. But your voice was pretty decent, didn't slur many words. Lyrics were alright, songs about depression are pretty overdone though especially on here. Still, everyone deserves the chance to indulge a few times when they begin.

Solace, your verse may be old but it's dope. Your lyrical themes are exactly my kinda shit. Your flow can not be criticised really, the "sever a neck" bit especially was beautiful. I can't fault your verse at all, it was fuckin good. Enjoyed listening to it.

I thought Solace took the song, but you did okay as well Tranquil.
