Better Experiment Album? Rebirth or 808s & Heartbreaks?

Rebirth is regarded as Lil Wayne attempting to make a rock album, & 808s was Kanye attempting to make a pop album.

Both were pretty good, not great, in my opinion. Vote & discuss .

Rebirth was Wayne's attempt to try and be like Kanye and just attach a sub-genre to his rap, but the thing is... Wayne is not even a good rapper let alone a good musician or producer or anything else. He's not well-versed in rock (clearly) and so what he came up with was embarrassing.

Kanye however, is a musical mind. He's not just a rapper, and he may not play an instrument but he has knowledge of other genres and he really gets melody and like Em, clearly has decent melodies in his head. 808s was a genuine experimentation that was born organically.

Not to mention the fact it's a brilliant album, and Wayne's is a coaster.
