Who's Better: Jay-Z or Lil Wayne

I'm not even a big Jay fan, but he has things going for him and is capable of making classic rap. Lil Wayne however, is just awful.

Jay bites a lot, but he's obviously way better.

But.......

I still like a bunch of Wayne songs, I'm a fan of TCIII, and I love Jay, but I feel he is a bit overhyped. And I still don't consider him a lyrical rapper.

Everybody, except for gangster rappers, has some form of wordplay & punches in songs.
