An okay song. It's more interesting conceptually and visually than it is well-executed.

Wayne actually utilized Mars properly though and this works. Which in the case of "Lighters"... oh boy, it so doesn't. Which is quite odd, you would think Em would notice how it doesn't work... as everybody else does. The fact he mixed and produced it and still thought the blend worked is odd.

It totally doesn't work. It's not about him being able to sing, obviously he can sing. But the mix of that hook with that rapping, totally doesn't work. Sounds awful.
