Here's some reasons that I believe are why he won't / hasn't:

- He's a private guy, doesn't wanna show the only thing he has left.
- He's very protective of his children and wouldn't want to show off where they live.
- They haven't asked him to do it.
- He has nothing to gain from doing it.

All that except for the third point. You know Cribs has tried to contact him about the idea. The episode would have monster ratings for them.
