WZRD [Kid Cudi x Dot Da Genius] Thread

This alternative, experimental album from Kid Cudi and Dot Da Genius (producer of past Kid Cudi classics like Day N' Nite) should be out before next week. Cudi mentions that WZRD, although unlike nothing you've heard before, is influenced by: Electric Light Orchestra, Jimmy Hendrix , Nirvana and Pink Floyd.

I freaking love Cudi, but wasn't too sure about this switch of genre. After he dropped Teleport 2 Me (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=41cumgOaq3U), I'm now really excited. It sounds like an evolution of what he's been doing in the past, and the production from Dot is still top quality.

I'll give it a listen, doubt I'll like it though...I liked his hip hop shit, even MOTM2, but his recent rock shit I haven't been in to...I'll still check it out regardless since I like Cudi as an artist.
