Call Of Duty ELITE

I always had the regular Elite membership but the other night I upgraded to the Premium Membership and if you play the game a lot I suggest you do the same! I was blown away when I seen all the content that you get, of course I knew about the monthly map updates and special ops but there are also "classified" things you get that are yet to be announced. You get to participate in REAL contests with real prizes, you get a library of some awesome videos including behind the scenes at the Call Of Duty Headquarters, Interviews, Friday Night Fights; which pitches opposing Celebrities against each other in a "Best Of 3" match type (Game is in an episode). On top of that you get tips for maps and weapons, not that useful if you know your shit but cool nonetheless. I figured I'd get bored of the regular maps eventually so it's a smart decision to invest in this, here is the Content Calendar if you guys are interested;

I play COD way more than the average person, I'm 12th prestige now and honestly the only reason to buy it is for the maps and extra DLC. Most of the stat tracking that you get was standard in your combat record on Black Ops (kinda disappointing they didn't follow suit with Treyarch). And like you said the tips are pretty basic so if you know anything about COD the tips aren't helpful.

As far as the contests and clan ops I guess that's a cool idea, but I don't like to play a lot of the game types that you have to play in order to win them.

And there is a rumor out there that one of the classified DLC is the TAR-21 from MW2.. I hope that's true cuz that would be sick. I also hope I can get some of my favorite MW2 maps as DLC, like Scrapyard/Afghan/Terminal/Highrise

Getting the TAR-21 would be awesome, I was bossing with that gun in MW2, I especially liked the Mars sight on it. I got me many a killstreaks with that handy weapon! You're probably right about the maps from the last game too, they did after all add maps from the first Modern Warfare to the 2nd one, why wouldn't they do it again? Haha. I would REALLY love to play an updated version of Terminal, Scrapyard and Skidrow!
