Started playing Ocarina of Time.

Made it to the Forest Temple. Gosh I love this game so much.
I'm playing on an emulator btw, don't feel like spending money on a N64.

Now comes the question: Ocarina of Time or Majora's Mask?

I personally prefer Ocarina of Time, due to the story and the soundtrack, one track in particular.

Now the 2nd question, what's your favorite Legend of Zelda title?

Ocarina of Time is better in many ways, but I still enjoy Majora's Mask a whole lot. The game gets a lot of hate but not from me. As far as favorite Zelda...still Ocarina of Time lol.

I was super super young. It was very early in the morning, & my mother was going to work. I was crying my eyes out because I didn't want her to leave. My mom & father were both trying to comfort me. The my dad reveals something that helped dry the tears



I remember flipping the box over and looking at the amazing game art. I was hooked before I even put the game in. The seeing the opening scene with Link in bed, & the amazing rain outside.

but honestly it's hard to judge my favorite zelda without being biased (NOTE: I have not played Skyward Sword, so everything i say in this paragraph is with the exclusion of that game). i think for the sake of nostalgia it's probably Link to the Past for me. best over-all experience from a Zelda game, i'd say Ocarina of Time. it was the first "3D" zelda (back when N64 meant 3D, not the put on blue/red glasses 3D). it represented so much. and it had so much content and things to do. it also had A LOT of firsts for the series. Wind Waker provided the most "raw" fun for me. it wasn't the best graphically or story wise, but i enjoyed everything and there was never a time i'd replay it and get to a part where i thought "god i hate this part" (Water temple from Ocarina, anyone?) Twilight Princess had the best story. it felt so dark and real.

Majora's Mask to both questions.

I find Zelda very repetitive a lot of the time, and Majora's Mask just felt so good to me. Yes, it was repetitive in its time system, but the things it did to shake up the Zelda format were genius.

The Deku transformation still creeps me out to this day though...

Ocarina of time is one of my favorite games period. There was NO game that had that kind of detail/storyline/everything at the time when it came out.

Ocarina of Time is both my favourite out of OoT vs MM, and my all time favourite Zelda game (out of what I've played).

Okay, decided to skip the Fire Temple (since I already know how to beat it) and went straight for the Water Temple.

And I'm stuck. I'm aimlessly running around, I've collected two silver keys so far, but I've yet to raise the water level at all (I already met up with Princess Ruto, and lowered the water level).

Oh well, time to spend more hours searching and searching.
