no i think it's rated correctly. plenty of people who underrate it due to them not liking wayne and plenty of hipsters overrating it because the carter 4 came out. i like "mr. carter's" production though. i hate a couple of those tracks you listed, like "shoot me down". the sampling was done well though, but everything else lacks imo.

I listened, and I honestly do not like that production. It sounds cheap.

As most modern / big mainstream hip-hop beats to me.

I don't know shit about production, I just know what I like and what I don't - now, what's that drum, is it the 808? that one which is fucking... prominent in EVERY fucking beat these days, that one which sounds like... a balloon being popped or something? light, airy noise... popping.

I find that really irritating. It makes it sound like toy music to me, I hate it.

I love real music beats - pianos, strings etc. Popping and samples? yuck.

Then you have other tracks like I Feel Like Dying, Something You Forgot and Kush; C3 should have been a near perfect album, especially beat-wise
