That videos 100% correct, NWA & Public Enemy are the only things I'd argue. NWA made a classic but their only talent was Dre & Ice Cube, Public Enemy is good, but it's also true they led to Hip-Hops decline by invoking Gangsta Rap into hip-hop's culture. However, the decline didn't begin for a long time afterwards. I'd say it started around the time Get Rich or Die Trying & Encore coming out and being carried by Kanye's College Dropout.
