And btw, if anyone started a beef with Em (or tried to) Slaughterhouse, D12, Yela, etc. would handle it before Em had to lift a finger, unless of course they dissed his children. I wouldn't be surprised to see Obie defend him too.
Don't forget 50, he always down for beef.

No one is gonna diss him, no upcoming artist will have the balls or the popularity to spark a reaction and no current established will. Unless someone who is relatively popular on the radio or at least amongst music listeners, Em isn't gonna beef.

I agree here, I think it needs to be someone popular in the mainstream. Like The Warning, for example, I think one of the reasons he got so angry to make that song was because Obsessed was a massive hit. It was getting played a lot on pop, RnB and hip hop radio stations, and then there was the music video too. It was quite humiliating for him, and tens of millions of people were hearing the song. He needed to defend himself.
If he gets dissed on a random mixtape track, even from quite a popular rapper, I could see Em just ignoring it, but if it was a big hit like Obsessed he'd probably retaliate.

at the 'swag' murmur at the end. God what a cheeseball.

I've never ever seen such an overhyped 'rapper' with so must unjustified attention and priase![]()
DMX plainly said he hates everything about Drake and doesn't get it. I thought I was going insane, and like he said, rappers just give these shit guys a pass and pretend to like the new shit. Everybody just doesn't want to look like a 'hater' (ridiculous), it's called taste.
Drake is just not good, and generic at best. But this praise he gets, even from respected and decent rappers in the game, is just bullshit. They either piggy-backing, trying to look 'with it' or, maybe they really think it. But, it's just weird to me. He's so shit.
