He appears to be the typical rap fan that likes Eminem and Lil Wayne, and threw in a few other names of rappers he knows are well respected. He was asked in the interview if Jay was in his top 5, and he said no. Then he went on to say Jay is above Nas, and Jay was in his top 5.

If you're passionate about their music of course you know who your top 5 is. And if he was really into Tupac and Outkast and Nas and Jay he wouldn't rate Wayne over Jay and Nas or even mention him in his top 5.
