I never got the significance of that line before. It's an off screen joke...the character "Beaver" was played by Jerry Mathers.

I'm guessing someone said this to Eminem in real life in a battle before, and he added it to the lyrics he wrote for Lotto despite the fact it had no applicability to Rabbit. Genius.
