Name rappers that you feel are better than Em in different categories of rap
Flow: Tech N9ne
Rhyming: Tech N9ne (even though I would put him on par with Em)
Story Telling: Nas and Slug for me
Wordplay: Possessed
Delivery: Kanye, Xzibit (even though MMLP and TES Em are fuckin amazing delivery)
and any other categories you cant think of..
Ps. one of the reasons why Em is so great is he could arguably be the top in all aspects (maybe not wordplay)

Rhyming: Eminem (Seriously, no one was/is better or only better by a small margin like those nerdcore rappers that no one likes.)
Storytelling: Nas
Wordplay: Possessed
Delivery: Kanye and Andre 3000
That's just a rough list from the top of my head, it might change once I listen to more discographies from other rappers and the discographies of the rappers I just listed.

There should be sub-categories for flow, since it could be a fast flow, slow flow, etc.

wordplay: a shit ton of rappers; Eminem's great for a lot of things but wordplay isn't really his forte.
storytelling: Nas and Ghostface are probably on par with him, would like to say slug but haven't heard him enough to just throw him in there. Nas has more creative concepts but Eminem narrates his stories better, i.e. it would have been a lot better if Nas didn't fucking spell it out in the intro of I Gave you power that he's a gun. His delivery's also monotonous so you have to force yourself to pay attention to his words.
Ghost usually deals with the same type of stories but his delivery and slang makes listening to his stories for easy, oh and he has great imagery, herp derp.
really though storytelling is just a subcategory of lyricism and this part is far too subjective and is a tangled mess to unwravel in terms of debating.
