"Zucker im Kaffee" was 2009 for the Relapse promo on a Show called TvTotal in Germany, and i cant finde anything under 2009 that would match.

I think this may be the only real freestyle from when he is sober. Cause the host of this show asked him live to do it, and he did it with a lot of stars before. And the host told afterwards, if you ask eminems managment before the show to do a freestyle, they always say no. so he surprised him and asked him right in front of the camera. it may be not a good freestyle but at least he didnt wrote it before the show, like the westwood stuff.

A freestyle can be prewritten, nowhere does it say that it has to be off the top.

I'm german i i saw the whole show, and i understood everything they said. And the host said if i would have asked em backstage do do it, he would have said no, so he asked him in front of the cam. But i dont know if he wrote it before, thats right. but there are a few german words he fit in, so its most likely that he did it off the top. and you can see before the second verse that the host asked him several time to spit a second verse, but em did as he didnt understand that to think, and started a few seconds after.

Whats the point i a prewritten freestyle, it has nothing to do with a freestyle, right?
