Yesterday I experienced my first moment where the media purposely said some bullshit about me that wasn't true just so i don't shine or get any love. These punk ass hollywood fucks don't like the fact that they sign new artist and spend a bunch of money on them to get a big name, then they see my unsigned "underground" basement ass and my crazy die hard fan base that SHITS on their new artist that they try to promote so hard .Their minds immediately go "HOW THE FUCK DOES HE DO THAT!", Then they go and tell their lil connects to throw dirt on my grind and live performances so nobody else finds out about the rawness i deliver, simply because i am not connected to their lil "industry circle". Fuck hollywood man. Throw dirt on me all you want and keep on spending money on your bs fluke artist. Ama be sitting right there at the finish line when you get there eating some damn gushers and beef jerky laughing at you. This is planet earth bitch... theres no rules that say i have to go through YOU to be something in life.

I guess hopsin's performance wasnt the best recieved. Whatever I guarantee most of the fans there were for French Montana since it was in New York and MGK too with bad boy. Its really no wonder the crowd liked them best. French (whos doing a sound with Mac Miller now btw) is your typical mainstream sounding rapper so thats probably why that was the only stuff the crowd really got into. Its ashame that the guy who wrote this article didnt really point that out and instead just went along with it by only complementing everything more mainstream while dissing anything hinting of underground. Way to be bold there man and screw him for using that to say that hopsin bites off slim shady. What a cheap shot. There were just a lot of different type of rappers at this thing so its no wonder the crowd and them werent all totally comfortable sharing the same stage. Yeah, I was really curious about it too, then someone in the comments had mentioned Rolling Stone. So, naturally I googled and it took me to the HopsinForums thread which had the link to the article I posted. I wonder if we'll hear a reference to this on a future track on Knock Madness.
