He did say it was going somewhere else, it'd make sense to use it here because I'm sure that he wouldn't put it on his next album seeing that he could probably just call Eminem up and get one now. That feature will keep Obie trending, so he won't be lost completely to Eminem fans. I'll bet the Eminem feature is on this mixtape.
