As for the dreaming bit, i have Lucid dreams most of the time.. sometimes i just let them play out and see whats going on in my mind but i have found that i can use them.. to kind of plan how stuff will happen. Because its just my brain imagining a scenario it isnt accurate at all, but if i was planning to do something the next day (for example play a game of paintball), i could imagine the scenario within the dream and try it out (so imagine im playing paintball). Sadly, as cool as it seems this isnt inception level dreaming, sometimes i randomly get hit by trucks or someone starts chasing me.. just things that i wouldnt want to have happen to me. And that is the point that i wake up and practially jump out of my bed, covered in sweat and stuff.g
Its cool apart from that thoughbut i find that after having dreams like that, the next day i am always more tired. If i just have a normal dream or i just let a dream play out by itself, i concentrate less on it so i am less tired (at least thats my explination
).
