Control System, Habits & Contradictions, Good Kid In A Mad City (Not confirmed title, I know), Love Story, & Tech's Album are the only ANNOUNCED albums I could see being classics and I think these will compete for album of the year.

It can be found on the internet because it has already been released in Australia, but I'll wait until it comes to the East Coast of the USA. I got to hold out just a little longer. I peaked at some songs though (sadly, I wanted to have a surprise), and everything I've heard so far is classic, original material. Definitely a step up from Long Term Mentality, and it's in the same level as Section.80 & Habits & Contradictions. If these three albums were put in order from what I've heard so far of Control System, it would be as follows:

1.) Section.80
2.) Control System
3.) Habits & Contradictions

TDE artists in order of which I think are the best:

1.) Kendrick Lamar
2.) Ab-Soul
3.) SchoolBoy Q
4.) Jay Rock

Control System might even come to be better than Section.80, I'll have to listen to it completely to decide that. Also, before I heard ILLuminate, Ab-Soul and SchoolBoy Q were in a close tie for second. Now, Ab-Soul has easily taken that second position and is in the running for first. Can't wait to discuss the album here when it comes out.

Edit: By the way, the cover is the tree of life if you didn't know. Now that's art.

TDE RUNNING SHIT, I FINISHED THE ALBUM and holy shit...man, this is easily the best album all year so far. Habits & Contradictions is the second best so far. Also, Ab-Soul I believe Ab-Soul gave Eminem good looks on Illuminate.

It's at 3 iTunes and 1 on hip hop charts! So far my favorite Soulo Ho3, Terrorist Threats, Double Standards, Lust Demons, Illuminate, Empathy, Beautiful Death, The Book of Soul, & Black Lip Bastard (Remix). It's a fucking classic in my opinion, it's right up there with Section.80 and Habits & Contradictions. Ab-Soul's easily the second best in Black Hippy and damn near number one, he isn't behind Kendrick by much. TDE is the only label putting out the modern hip-hop classics, they deserve all the hype and support they can get.
