Rappers names that are corny, pretentious or just really make you cringe.

Some hip hop artist are so unoriginal or thick skulled that they default with a cliche, unimaginative stage name which could ultimately detract from potential listeners.

Firstly, any name with 'Lil' or 'Young' in the title. I don't think it needs any explanation why this should be an ultimate 'no-no' for any future artists.

Pretty much any name that could be a product from a 'gansta name generator' also makes me not to keen to check out an artist. 2 Chainz, Yo Gotti, Gudda Gudda, 50 Cent.

Also, names like Diabolic, Sadiztik, Psiklone I find a bit stupid. Like wannabe hardcore.

Any other names that make you facepalm?

I hate names like Dizaster, or Diabolic. Sounds so nerdy and just unoriginal.

Yeah that's a good site. Illustrating the disappointing fact that quite a lot of hip hop artists are uncreative, unoriginal, unintelligent, untalented hacks.

The problem is there is a misconception that all hip hop artists are like this.

it basically consist of a bunch of rap names, then bubbles in which their names fits in a category.
the category 'wordplay' didnt even have names in it lol

they had bubbles saying things like: drug related - tony yayo
improper use of K: listed names etc

alot of those bubbles were broad ass topics.

HAHA omg I went to a rap name generator and got some rediculous names, I've been looking for some good rap names, basically a really cool word that I like or something that sticks out to me. its so hard for me . I actually almost started a thread about rap names in the CW lounge!
