Is Em giving a nod to Crooked in "Not Afraid"?

Crooked, in "Cut You Loose" spits:

This is bar raisin'
I'm raisin' the bar so far trying to look at it's equivalent to star gazin'

And Eminem in "Not Afraid":

Cause I'm raising the bar, I shoot for the moon
But I'm too busy gazing at stars, I feel amazing...

Crooked's was back in 2009, Em in 2010. Is this just a coincidence? Or is Em giving a nod to Crooked somehow? I don't know. Just something I caught while listening to the Slaughterhouse album today.
