I was 14, I had walked from my high school to Best Buy to pick up a copy of Relapse the day it had come out. So I go and pick it up, go to the cash register, and the cashier asks for ID. I was like "umm is this cool?" and handed her my school ID. Only info on it was the fact that I was a freshman. So she goes to the manager and asks if it was cool if I bought it. I was standing there for about 10 minutes by myself panicked and confused as shit. There were cops in the store as well, which probably added to the panic. The manager comes and looks at me, he goes to the cashier and asks "are you drunk? Let him buy it"...
Then I got home and Eminem was standing in my bedroom and confiscated the CD because it had a parental advisory logo.

I watched the Blair Witch Project with 5 or 6 of my friends late one night. The movie did not seem scary while I was watching it, I actually laughed my ass off almost the whole time. Partly because I didn't really find it that scary, and partly because we were all high off our asses.
Anyway, the scary part did not come until the next night. I was the only one awake in my house. Everytime I heard a leaf rustle outside, a twig snap, or slightest little house sound, I'd freeze and slowly look around, checking everywhere. (For those of you who haven't seen the movie, these are the kinds of sounds that pretty much mean certain death.)
It wasn't really all-out scary, but just really really creepy. Idk, it's been the only movie to have this kind of effect on me, it just fucks with your head a little bit.

I'm sure you've noticed by now I'm a badass. But I got caught under a wave and then couldn't fight off the current and got sucked out deeper into the ocean. Salt water got in my eyes and I couldn't see shit, so started swimming rapidly in hopes that it was towards the sand. But it wasn't, at all. Luckily I got my eyes clear and the current died down just enough to get to where I could feel the ground again. When I showed up to my parents all petrified they told me I deserved that shit.

No, no, I was walking home from school. And I linked the location on gmaps just above your post, but unfortunately it's an aerial view so that doesn't help too much. But there's a slant on both sides of the track itself, about 30 degrees I'd say. And that slant is about 3 feet wide on each side and they both lead directly into about 100 feet of nothing. With a small creek running through at the bottom.Words wrote:Elision wrote:I once almost fell off of a bridge while crossing some railroad tracks on the way home.
