How is the chronic 2001 considered a dr dre solo album?

I counted the features today and it has 44 features. I mean the chronic was basically a collab album with snoop but I mean seriously it's a classic but at the same time it should be dr dre and friends present the chronic 2001.

That´s because 2001 is primarily a producer record, Dre raps just from time to time. He is a producer, not a rapper.
