If Eminem was bad on Throw It Up, it's probably because he didn't feel the beat and didn't want to rap on that song.

I really like his voice here (no homo).
He can definitely sound and flow like this. I could even imagine him doing Still Don't Give a Fuck in this voice and sound almost as good.

Idk it was just the tone and delivery, he was talk-rapping in both and had almost that same "anger" tone.
